Impact Architecture was founded by partners Laura Coletti and Michael Kralick, both are New York State Registered Architects and LEED Accredited Professionals.

Impact Architecture is an Architectural firm specializing in Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Public Works design and Architecture on Long Island with an emphasis on Green Building and LEED Certification. 

Impact Architecture is a certified Woman Based Enterprise (WBE).

Based on Long Island, in the heart of Main street Farmingdale, NY. We have a varied portfolio of commercial experience in education, municipal buildings as well as mixed use and retail/office buildings and interiors, as well as residential renovations, new homes and multifamily housing in the Residential Market. 

The firm provides architectural services using technologically superior processes and a proven expertise in Green Design and LEED Certification process, providing greater value for clients and enhanced design and construction.

LAURA M. COLETTI

MS. COLETTI IS A REGISTERED ARCHITECT IN NEW YORK STATE WITH A BACKGROUND IN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, AS WELL AS CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Early in her career, she obtained extensive experience in architectural design and construction by working on high end residential projects with other Long Island architects. While working on these projects, she was able to implement environmentally conscious design elements by using passive and active solar design.

She continued to develop her skills in architecture and project management in the commercial architecture and construction industry. Some of her work with Long Island architects includes public works projects, office buildings, retail buildings and commercial interiors. She also successfully completed her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam and attained LEED accredited professional status in 2006. Furthermore, Ms. Coletti is a proud member of the Long Island chapter of the USGBC.

For years, she has worked on various LEED registered projects as a LEED AP for Impact Architecture. Under her former employment with other architects, she has also been a LEED consultant to TD Bank in their development of LEED certified prototype buildings on Long Island.

MICHAEL E. KRALICK

Principal, AIA, LEED AP BD+C           MKRALICK@IMPACTARCHITECTURE1.COM

MR. KRALICK HAS BEEN A NEW YORK STATE REGISTERED ARCHITECT SINCE 2006.

With over twenty years of experience in residential and commercial architectural design, Mr. Kralick has been a New York State registered architect since 2006. He has had extensive experience collaborating with architects on Long Island for corporate and commercial office renovations, quick service restaurant design, municipal facilities, as well as education and home renovations.

 He holds several training certificates and diplomas in Advanced AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture, which not all Long Island architects have. Mr. Kralick has also earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from New York Institute of Technology, in addition to a degree in intensive computer aided design from Grumman Data Systems Institute.

 Furthermore, he has successfully completed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Exam and became a LEED accredited professional in 2006. He is also a member of the Long Island chapter of the USGBC and The American Institute of Architects.

 Mr. Kralick proudly sits on the LEED for Homes committee; its mission is to promote the design and education of high performance green homes, including affordable housing and custom designed family homes.
